Hi I am Mookie so nice to meet you humans!

 

I'm yet another dog who was set loose on the mean streets to fend for myself and eat whatever scraps and garbage that I could find, it was pretty scary I can tell you that! Plus I was dodging cars and it's a miracle I didn't get hit and killed.

 

I was finally picked up as a stray and taken to yet another super scary place, the dog pound UGH!

 

It's so HOT there and I was so weak and skinny from not having proper food, I had pretty much given up and was accepting my fate of being taken to that awful back room and never seeing the light of day again.

 

But boy did I get LUCKY!

This amazing rescue came and got me and took me to the vet and to a foster home, it was such a GLORIOUS feeling to get a bath, yummy food and a SOFT BED to lay on....GLORIOUS!

 

I am a 10 month old 50 pound Boxer & Pitbull mix with a stunning brindle coat and very kissable lips!

 

Guess what?! I'm house and crate trained, walk like a stick of butter on a leash, love to PLAY, like other dogs and I know some basic commands (thank you FOSTER!) and my most favorite thing to do is CUDDLE!

And... I LOVE to go on adventures plus I'm pretty smart! Whoever dumped me... their loss and YOUR gain!
