Meet Cade

I’m Cade, a 5-year-old American Bulldog who’s been waiting nearly 4 years for my forever family after being rescued by Samson’s Sanctuary in 2022.

I may be a big guy (about 90 lbs), but I’m really just a couch-loving cuddlebug who enjoys belly rubs, adventures, hiking, water, squeaky toys, and carrying giant sticks around like trophies. I’m independent but affectionate, and I love spending time with my people.

I’m a smart boy who is loose-leash trained, has great recall, knows multiple commands, and is both e-collar and muzzle trained. Treats are my favorite motivation, and I learn new things quickly!

I do well with friendly dogs, am gentle around children, but would do best in a home without cats. Because of my past, I can be a little cautious around new men and may need a little time to build trust.

After almost four years in foster care, I’m ready for a family to call my own. If you’re looking for a loyal adventure buddy and snuggle partner, I might be your perfect match.
