We desperately need a Foster ASAP!

This poor dog was tied up in front of our vets office😭😭😭😭 He was terrified.

We are calling him, Ramses

And he deserves so much❤️

A foster with no cats, dogs or kids would be amazing so he can settle and we can figure out the next steps

We have to hold onto him for 30 days just to make sure he wasn’t stolen .

He is neutered, but no Microchip .
