Hi… my name is YOGI

I’m only 12 weeks old, but sometimes I feel a lot older.

Before the rescue people found me, I was living outside in a homeless encampment. I didn’t really understand what was happening. I was always dirty, hungry, scared, and trying to stay safe. Cars were loud. People came and went. Sometimes nobody noticed me at all.

Then one day I ended up at the shelter.

Everyone says shelters are supposed to help dogs, but for a little puppy like me… it was terrifying. It was so loud. Dogs barking all day and all night. Cold floors. Strange smells. I tried to be brave, but honestly… I was scared all the time.

The volunteers there kept telling me I was a good boy. They gave me toys and cuddles when they could. They said my big ears made them smile. They told me I deserved a real home.

And before something bad could happen to me again, a rescue came to save me.

Now I’m waiting for someone to choose me forever.

I promise I’ll make you laugh every day with my giant goofy ears and wiggly happy tail. I love toys, cuddles, kids, dogs, and learning new things. I’m super smart, crate trained, and I just want someone to love me enough to never leave me behind again.

Sometimes when I fall asleep, I dream about having my own bed. My own toys. My own person.
