Pumpkin needs a foster
Meet Pumpkin our newest Rescue.
We rescued her along with Penelope as she was tied to the front of the Harbor shelter as well.
This little 5 pound cutie is a one-year-old long-haired Chihuahua with the coolest coloring. Pumpkin is super sweet and shy at first but once she warms up she is all about giving kisses and snuggles.
